Transportation Procedure

All the products are produced in India and the shipment from such distant country may take 10-17 days (the delay for 5 days may be possible).

If you will not receive your purchase after the last day of estimated period, we would kindly ask you to contact our customer support service to work out any problem.


How can I cancel the order?

First of all, we would like to inform you that your purchase can be cancelled only within 24 hours after the “Submit” button was clicked. In case of order cancellation you should notify our customer support service by telephone or email and they will try to help you. Please note, that the cancellation after the term of 24 hours after submission the order is not possible.

We also would strongly recommend you to check and re-check the target address before submit the order. Please, in case of some error occurred, be sure to notify our customer support as soon as possible to correct the order information.


Repayment Policy

All the products offered are guaranteed to have the same medical effect and the same chemical ingredients as other brand-named medications.

If you will find yourself unsatisfied with the results of taking the medications, we would like to ask you to inform our customer support service about your problems. Right after the product will be returned, we will conduct the repayment.

Before claiming for refund, we will strongly recommend you to check the dosage and reread the instructions. Also, please, be informed that fat-rich food and alcohol could diminish the effect of medications.

If your purchase is not delivered before the last day of estimated term (shipment may take 10-17 days, the delay for 5 days may be possible due to work of customs) you are allowed to notify our customer support service to request the repayment. After 5-7 business days, all the payment will be refunded to your credit card.

Since medications we offer require specific storage and transportations conditions, we do not accept any returns. We cannot guarantee those conditions were met, even if the blister remained undamaged.

Since medicine supply is the subject of control by the US customs and the FDA, the cases of delay or non-delivery may occur. Centralux Ltd cannot be liable for the work of customs and any delay connected to the customs and shall not refund the purchases not delivered under these circumstances. Under this agreement you acknowledge that you are aware of all the responsibilities by ordering from Centralux Ltd and in case of US customs seizes the purchase, the costs of the order will not be refunded.

Your statutory rights shall not be affected by any of these terms and conditions.

Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy protocol, alongside with the list of Prohibited Activities below, is the part of your Agreement with Centralux Ltd. If you will be suspected in performing one or more Prohibited by FUP document Activities, your account may be suspended or terminated.

The Fair Use Policy protocol (the “Policy”) is developed by Centralux Ltd to protect the company’s customers and the Internet community from thoughtless and illegal actions. The Policy includes, but not limited to all the actions restricted by Centralux Ltd. The Centralux Ltd has nonexclusive rights to change the Policy at any time.


Prohibited Activities Relevant to Centralux Ltd Systems and Services:

  1. Transmission, sharing and storage of any data, that may violate a right or of a law is strongly prohibited. This list includes, but not limited to all the copyright infringement, trade secrets, any abusive, outrageous, illegal or violent materials.
  2. Sending any kind of letters that may be considered as spam is prohibited by Centralux Ltd. Also the Unsolicited Bulk Email sending is prohibited from any other email accounts or services provided by Centralux Ltd. No one shall collect the messages or replies to the messages sent by another user, since it is deemed as violation of Centralux Ltd’s Policy.
  3. Running Unconfirmed Mailing Lists. It is forbidden to subscribe any email address to the mailing list if the owner of the email address has not given the express and verifiable permission. All mailing lists run by Centralux Ltd customers shall be confirmed and every confirmation notification shall be saved. Purchasing lists by any other party is prohibited.
  4. Any actions that may lead to violation this FUP or the Acceptable Use Policy of any other Internet Service Provider, which includes, but not limited to, advertising, transmitting, or sharing any software, programs or products, initiation of pinging, flooding, spamming, mailbomb or other service attacks.
  5. Managing or maintaining an account on behalf of or in connection with any person or group listed in Spamhaus Register of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) database at www.spamhaus.org.
  6. Attempting or undertaking the unauthorized access to the account that belongs to the other user.
  7. Acquire or apply any service or product that may facilitate the avoidance of payment.
  8. Illegitimate access, modification, elimination or applying any service or product that may damage the private information of Centralux Ltd customers.
  9. Unauthorized attempts by a user to cause damage or harm to any other user of Centralux Ltd service or any other network.
  10. By any means apply Centralux Ltd’s Services to obstruct usage of Centralux Ltd network by any customer.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers of Centralux Ltd shall understand and agree that they are fully responsible for their activities and shall use Centralux Ltd’s service only according to the Policy. Every complaint from any customer will be forwarded to the Centralux Ltd customer’s postmaster for further processing. In case of violation the Policy, The Centralux Ltd has nonexclusive rights to provide services to a customer without any notifications.



  1. Centralux Ltd shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays (no more than 10 days) of its service, caused as a result of circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion, delayed flights, security alerts.
  2. Centralux Ltd shall not be held responsible or liable for non-delivery if the address was submitted wrongly by the customer, failed to claim the package was failed to claim or the customer attempted to prevent a delivery in any other way. All reships shall be made only via International Regular Mail.
  3. Centralux Ltd will not have or accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for any discolour of paintwork, shape, size, presence or absence of any printed labels or another place of manufacturing of the pill that may be different from the customer’s expectations. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any generic product information that is presented on the website.
  4. Centralux Ltd will not have or accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for lack of any desired effects, loss or damage arising from or in respect of any use or misuse or reliance on the contents of any such external websites.
  5. By submitting an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree, also you are acknowledged and aware of this disclaimer. Attempting or undertaking any actions to claim the refund for any reasons listed above, will be considered as deceptive and may lead to ban of your account or even to legal measures.
